Good news! Before Thursday, May 9th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Thursday, May 9th, 2024 at midnight and Friday, May 10th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Friday, May 10th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after May 10, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Positives: The price, location and size of room was excellent.

Negatives: The only thing I didnt like was the water in the shower and sink didnt get hot often. The toilet also ran all the time and it was leak in the bathroom window when it rained. It was all good other than those items.

Negatives: The hotel charged me over 140 is fees after and tried another 190 so I feel that is very suspicious as I did none of the things they said they charged me for I will never be returning.

Negatives: The beds are too high to get in and out of comfortably.

Negatives: Room was noisy. You could hear cars alarms during night, and people talking loud as they passed by room. Room was not thoroughly cleaned. We found a used razor by toilet and a cockroach crawling in the bathroom.
