Positives: The property was beautiful! Love the place and location

Negatives: The management staff that checked me in and out were of no help. They did not bother to explain what the S- Floor was so I had to ride the elevator up and down and go back to the desk to ask. Staff completely Mis directed me about the restaurant hours. They made me feel like the money I time and money I spent there was not valued at all
