The staff at the cute bar and check in were wonderful but EVERYTHING was downhill from there!!

The rooms were VERY average for the HIGH price, the place was over crowded, in terrible shape, loud, understaffed, unkept and overall unpleasant. For $500 a night, my family and I had great expectations and were TOTALLY let down.

No parking!! One night that they where having an event it took me 2 hours to finally park then they still want to have the nerve to charge a nightly parking fee, the tower we where in was older the restroom was not updated and super small.

I love the remodeling of the original hotel and how it has new modern rooms but keeps its charm. I really appreciated the fitness center and the art wall decor. Love that they have a squat rack which is rare to find in hotels fitness centers. the bar area is very nice by the main lobby.

no free parking but not a huge dislike. secured parking is a plus

I only like the pool and the thing that dogs are allowed in this hotel

I didn't like the building location which was really hard to find. It was kind of separate from main building. In a room there wasn't closed-door closet. Bathroom was to small. We were 4 but there was only showering things for 1 person. There wasn't even single use toothbrush and toothpaste. I have never had such a bad experience
