The location and beds were very comfy. Staff was very helpful. The breakfast food was good. Nice gift shop.
Negatives:
The bathroom door in the guest room was glazed glass and didn't offer much privacy. Just seemed not to be very well thought out design in my opinion. This would be my reason for decreased stars. Luggage carts were very limited. Restaurant breakfast staff appeared short and stressed. Coffee and check were hard to come by.

my key was not work before 10:00AM. I m going to check out before 10:00 AM ,but i lost my sunglass in mu room . when i back to my room , i coulden't open my room, and i have to go lobby lounge and wait on line . I got new key and open my room .it was no work too. it cost my lot of time . i didn't have enough time to travle. it broke my travle plan.
here has noise overnigt .I couldn't sleep well.
