The staff was extremely rude and offensive. Martha the front desk woman is racist and refused to hand me anything directly and told me she didn't have to attend to me although it's her job. I saw her show another guests personal information to another hotel guest. The general manager is also rude and pretty much Said if you don't pay for a week they will not extend your room for whatever reason. I have NEVER felt so disrespected at a business where i am spending money. Lastly the towels were dirty, I didn't receive wash clothes my entire stay, and they don't change sheets. I had to change my own sheets the first day because the top sheet and fitted sheet were stuck together do to a sex stain from the previous guest. DO NOT BOOK HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE BLACK.

We went back to the lobby the next morning to purchase another night which we had made a booking for. I had a new card and it didn't work after two tries. We were told we could try one more time so we called up and fixed the card and then the lady said no and made us leave. She was very rude f5

The light switch in room would not stay off. Had to put the room key on the side of switch to make it tight so the switch would stay down. they are short staffed on cleaning people I had to bring down towels and bedding to get a exchange. Inconvenienced.

We went to our room and the key wouldn't work. Eventually the door opened but the safety latch was on so clearly the room was occupied. We were then given a different room and the key for the room did not work. The front desk had to break into the room for us, and then we realized that it was a single bed but we booked a two bed. The front desk found us a new room and we were able to get in. The remote was missing and another one could not be provided. All of this took about an hour. We asked for a refund and left. Will not be returning.

Frist of all I wasn't contacted before my card was charged, secondly, I chose this facility because of the breakfast and there was NONE a granola bar and cold coffee. We could have stayed next door at the Best Western! We had a second reservation for the 23rd to the 25th but I canceled it to stay next door where I know there will be ppl at the counter at all times, and no matter what time I get there my credit card won't be charged. there was stains on the carpet and the top bed cover was dirty and stained up. I accidently spilled my water on the bed and went to wipe it up and even though it looked white when I started wiping I up the towel was black from the dirt on the top cover.
