Dirty floor, broken down beds, 1 out of 2 washers has been broken for a few days now and both soda machines take dollars but the snack machine only takes cards. I'm hungry. Can't forget the roaches.

Absolutely lumpy mattress. The room was once ment for a queen size bed that was turned in to a double bed room. Both beds pushed against the wall and the other against the AC/heating unit, with literally a 18" space to walk between them. My room was under the stairs next to the laundry room. People were walking up and down the stairs all night. My room was on a red light crossing and people would race starting right outside my room.
