Positives:
walls are thin so expect to hear loud sex, TV, talking in the next room. San Dimas area is wonderful with everthing you need and short drive to cute Glendora or Monrovia for wonderful restaurants and small town feel with views of the foothills. I didn't go LaVerne direction. lots of parking.
Negatives:
No coffee maker, mini fridge, outlets to charge devices, extrememly bright, light an airport, lights over parking at night. Is San Dimas dangerous?

Honestly the staff was really kind, the room was clean and comfy, was peaceful and quiet as well.

The rate was sort of pricey for a room without a refrigerator, microwave, toiletries ect. Toilet kept clogging. Need to fix sinks and plumbing. Found signs of roaches and actual live roaches.
