As soon as you drove me to the property, there was a bunch of people that were kicked out of the rooms probably because they couldn’t afford it staying in the parking lot. So of course parking was limited. The stench in the room as soon as I went in, maybe want to leave immediately. I didn’t end up staying overnight, but I did get ready for the venue. I was supposed to be at that night. There was stains of feces on the wall around the bathroom and toilet area. I had the sense that a lot of families that were on welfare lived there in the back area where I was staying at. They all were hanging out in the parking lot and knew each other from different rooms. It was not a comfortable environment at all. I didn’t feel safe and I didn’t like my car being out there in that area either if I could’ve got a return and stayed somewhere else I would have. I live in Las Vegas, and didn’t feel like turning around and driving all the way back home for four hours. I can’t believe they asked me for a cleaning deposit.

The hotel has a pool, a spa, and a washing room. The rooms were big and the beds were comfortable.

The area is very run down, the TV didn't work, the coffee machine didn't work and people are now living at the hotel. This hotel has fallen on hard times and it shows as it seems like they have given up on the property. We were also told we couldn't get extra blankets.

The outlets in room 142 did not work...well...most...had to buy an extension cord for my cpap machine. Not a big deal...what WAS a big deal is we could not use the hot tube due to screaming kids. for hours!!! I was in pain and looking forward to it. I understand the kids were just having fun but maybe you could have an ADULTS only hour like 7-10.
