Red Roof Inn San Dimas - Fairplex

Negatives: Some staff was rude . And I requested early arrival but unfortunately had to wait in heat with my 8 month old baby

Negatives: location was in a bad area, there was homeless all over the place, dudes walking around window shopping cars, the manager lady that was there was rude. all I did was rent a room lady, jeez. I requested a top floor room and was given a bottom floor, the wifi was terrible. The internet could not run any streaming service to watch movies and could not run youtube to watch/listen to music, plus the location is not in a great place for hotspots as cell service ran low inside the room. the towels they provided had black stains on them, I used my beach towel for drying off because the towels looked dirty even though I am sure they were washed. It looked like they used the towels to clean with and then washed them for people to use to dry themselves. the tv remote did not work, it wouldnt change channels or turn up/down volume. I didnt use the tv while I stayed there.

Negatives: I was given a room that was not cleaned and had to ask for another room

Negatives: I didn't like that I requested 2 rooms together and they were not together the second room was not clean some things did not work.

Negatives: Jacuzzi can be alittle cleaner.

Negatives: location not the best and appearance of outside of building not good but rooms fine

Negatives: Nothing at all

Negatives: older. no updates.

Negatives: Unfortunately, the guests on top of us have very heavy foot steps or they were jumping there. We were woken by them at early 6:00am. After a long day traveling, we expected to get rest and sleeping in, but the upstairs guests didn't think so.

Negatives: it was shabby and needs renovation. shower curtain rod was falling down and the drain was slow. water pressure painfully high.
