Positives:
I enjoyed the location in Union Square. Hotel is classic central San Francisco. Lovely decor, comfortable bed, TV worked great. Bathroom for standard room is on the small/intimate side, fits one person but very nice shower. Lovely environment in hotel overall. Kitchen staff made excellent eggs!
Negatives:
I experienced lots of electrical outages in my room (none of the lamps worked, mini-fridge didn't turn on, could not connect to WiFi, and only one outlet worked in the room). I did report it and the hotel staff was very apologetic and extremely attentive to the issue. It's likely an isolated situation, so I would return and stay again. I was just surprised by the number of things not working in the room. Other than that, note that there is a destination fee added on.
