Positives:
The price point was fair. Once inside the hotel it was beautiful and clean.
Negatives:
We hated the lack of amenities and the fact that the front desk was unreachable. We called multiple times asking for towels until we had to go downstairs ourselves. The second time we asked for towels around 5pm and they didn’t bring them until 10:30pm. Scared the hell out of us.

Area surrounded by scores of homeless addicts. Lining the streets behind the hotel and sleeping and shooting up just outside of entrance. You need a strong stomach and heart to get your head around this misery.
Room not ready on check in
Reception trying to charge resort fee for the most basic of facilities like wifi when it was included in my booking. Com price.
Rooms large but sparse and not very clean.

The staff was great! I read some bad reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. No drug deals right out front. It is in a downtown area of a California city so it was about what I expected.
Negatives:
The room was basic. No art on the walls and the ?entertainment center? was a wood shelf and you could see all the cords.
Positives:
Staff helpful and gave some good advice.
Location close to market Street and public transport.
Negatives:
Bed slats were loose and we fixed these ourselves.
There were a few stains on the towels and sheets.

The coffee bar & drink bar were advertised for being open but yet they weren't open at all during our 5 day stay. Carpets had previous stains.

It wasn't worth the price. I've stayed in cheaper places that had more to offer. And they charged me $60 to park there for the night. $300 night when I could've stayed in a motel 6 for $70 and been more comfortable
