Great Value Hotel. We stayed for 1 night as we were going to a show that night and it was near my. Easy parking, as you leave your car for them to valet park. We were able to bring our small dogs. 2 adults and 2 kids in one large room, and it was a good value. If this is what your looking for it works.

Noisy. Our room was street level and windows were not insulated. You could hear everything!! Also no availability for tea/coffee in your room.

Great location, 5 minute walk to Union Square. Large room, comfortable beds and kitchenette.
Staff very friendly. Wine and cheese a nice touch.

Quite a few homeless around the area but still felt safe. Bathroom was tired, needs updating.

Everything Icing on the cake was morning BF and Evening Wine and cheese. Location was superb , near all land marks, shopping malls and dinning places

It was nice and I love the vintage style. The suite we got was perfect and very spacious and very clean. I love that they are pet friendly with a small fee. The neighborhood isn’t that great but we still felt safe in the hotel as there was someone at the front desk and the front door locks at night. Will definitely stay here again!

A minute after I checked out we realized we forgot something in the room and the front desk gave us a hard time about getting back into the room since housekeeping was supposedly already on the room. Just wish they could’ve made it a better experience to be able to go back and grab what we left behind.

Everything-Beresford Arms feels like Home Away From Home! It’s so clean, comfortable, the breakfast and afternoon tea/cheese -wine service are delicious and refreshing…. Apart from that, the manager and staff members are most kind and helpful! In addition to the above, the location is also the most central.
