The location was super convenient. Short walking distance from the Moscone Center, SFMOMA, Target, and Whole Foods.
Negatives:
My hotel room was not cleaned properly when I arrived. The surfaces weren’t wiped down (dirty handprints on the bed frame, window, walls, and dirty vanity area). When I informed the front desk about the issue, they didn’t seem to really care and said I couldn’t switch rooms because they were fully booked. I asked them to at least send someone to wipe down the surfaces and they did but overall I didn’t feel like the receptionists really cared or valued me as a guest.
