Positives:
We had a terrific experience. The hotel is lovely - not a "cookie-cutter" chain vibe. Both the lobby and our room were well designed, comfortable, and appear freshly updated. The excellent (and free) coffee machine (it also has hot water) in the lobby was a wonderful plus. The location is ideal. We have stayed in several other hotels in different areas of the city. This was the best and among the least costly.

Right in the heart of the action... easy to get to anywhere from there. I liked that there was free coffee available in the downstairs lounge at all hours... appreciated with my jet lag - somewhere to escape to without waking my partner.

It’s getting a little worn. It’s probably the most worn location of this chain but it is the most reasonably priced. ?The water machines dribble out water & there doesn’t seem to be hot water in the lobby anymore to make tea.
