Positives: Breakfast was great. Many options, more than I expected. The room was clean, nice design layout, comfortable bed. Staff at front desk was very friendly, informative, and helpful. They provided me info about the hotel and helped with directions in the area.

Negatives: TV kept going out searching for signal. I understand that may be DirectTV issue and not the htoel.

Positives: I wish there was something even the breakfast in the morning was out of EVERYTHING …they told me there was wasn’t anymore batter for the waffles ..no more yogurt.

Negatives: q Our stay was so beyond awful. My husband and I came to see a Giants game…when we checked into our room late that night our sheets and pillow cases were dirty when we removed the pillow cases and sheets their were spots of blood and stains all over. We were so exhausted from the drive we slept on top of the comforter. In the morning we found clothes in the dresser drawers from who ever stayed there before us. my husband and I rarely get away we planned and looked forward to this for so long. It was beyond disappointing to say the absolute least.

Positives: The location was good. Close to Power Station, and to Moscone Center where the conference I participated in was held.

Negatives: Very noisy. Noise from street and noise from neighbor rooms. Even there was an evening when construction-like noise lasted quite a bit at 1:00am! Unbelievable. Also the room wasn't clean. Someone's hairs in bathroom. The hairdryer was so sticky & dirty somehow and asked the room cleaning staff to change, but it didn't happen. Definitely no value for this price.

Negatives: my king size room was fairly small. the bed took up most of the room. valet cost $60!! I was able to find free parking on a weekend behind the hotel on Jessie street.
