location was great and the hotel was clean and staff was freindly. had breakfast one morning and was great. check in was fast and easy.

The room was nicely maintained and the location ideal for what my family intended to do in SF.
Negatives:
The wifi situation was not ideal. There was a charge to hook up to hotel wifi, which I did not realize when booking, unless you were signed up to the Hilton honors program. I am member of the honors program but it was too difficult to set up the wifi.

A bellmen did poor job as he was very slow in helping pulling the luggage when asked. The receptionist messed up my check in, which resulted in a "no show" causing me to be locked out. The other one didn't know how to properly address guests.
