Positives: Location at Chinatown is nice but nothing else to really like about this hotel.
Negatives: Outdated and rundown, didn't feel like a Hilton at all. My room was right next to the elevator, so I could hear the elevators coming and going every 10-15 seconds, very loudly. The room was really small and dark. There's no free wifi. Breakfast at 29USD is way overpriced.

Negatives: We arrived at 3:20 PM, But the designated check-in time was 3:00 pm, we were informed by the front desk that our rooms were not ready. We were not requesting an early check-in but expected our rooms to be available at the specified time. The front desk staff responded with a rude attitude, asking us to leave a phone number and mentioning they would call when the rooms were ready. When we inquired about the estimated waiting time, we were given an unsatisfactory range of anywhere from half an hour to three hours! Seeking a resolution, we requested to speak with the manager. Unfortunately, the manager's response was terse and unhelpful, attributing the delay to the busy weekend. As a renowned hotel chain, Hilton should be adequately prepared for high-demand periods, particularly in a city like San Francisco. Despite our request to be accommodated in rooms close to one another as per our reservation, the manager made no genuine effort and assigned us rooms on different floors. Our disappointment continued at the time of checkout when we discovered additional parking charges had been erroneously added to our rooms. Despite explaining that we only had one car for the group, the staff refused to validate our parking, forcing us to pay an additional $50 upon exiting. This issue persisted throughout our stay, as we had to pay for parking multiple times, even though we had already paid for three nights. When I raised this issue with the checkout staff, her response was dismissive, suggesting we call for reimbursement later. Her unprofessional behavior culminated in her leaving the counter mid-conversation. Feeling deeply offended, we requested a refund and to speak with another manager, but instead, security(His name was QUENTIN) was called to escort us out of the hotel. The situation escalated to the point where we had to wait for the police to arrive and mediate, during which we demonstrated the charges we had paid for parking.
