The ac did not work well at all and I woke up sweating multiple times a night. It stayed humid and stuffy in my suite.

Staff needs to go get customer service classes plus they need to let people know parking prices it was my first time in San Francisco I had a pretty bad experience at your hotel I spoke to a few people around the area you guys have a bad rep
