The front staff is always warm, professional and welcoming!
AC was not working the first day, bed was very uncomfortable
Great room with an outstanding view.
Person at the coffee shop in the lobby was rude and arrogant. That is the reason for the below average staff rating.
The staff no room services no help with the Wi-Fi. Everything cost too much. No breakfast that you didn't have to pay for the room had a broken down looking shade that went for the window no instructions on how to move it up or down. Who is the worst stay

Well my car was broke into a few nights ago. Stressed out about that. Maine if you guys could save the parking fee that be great?

I loved the room. The beds were so comfortable. I was close to my Niece's dorm like I wanted to be. Staff was great, very helpful.
Location was perfectÃ‚'close to everything. View from our room was absolutely amazing! Staff was friendly and welcoming. Was very impressed to get text from staff  within first half hour of checking in,  me if everything was ok with our room.
Window definitely could have used some cleaningÃ‚'we had such an amazing view, but it was a bit disappointing that it was clouded by the dingy window. Also was surprised that there was not airport shuttle provided by this hotel.

It was close to where I needed to go while in San Francisco.
The poor customer service. I was booked twice for the same room and wasn't even notified about it until I was checking out of the hotel and asked for a receipt. Whenever I called the front desk no one answered.
The location to Chinatown was awesome!
There are issues with the elevators. Wi-fi came with a charge. The two beds in the room were a bit too small and way too soft (didn't help my bad back).
The location as we spent most of our day in Chinatwon.
