we had a room with a balcony we were up sale to a suite, it was too large and the bathroom was too far from the bedroom we were only staying for one night. so we had it changed to then a mini suite still to large for one night but your staff did a wonderful job in convincing my husband we should get it.
Negatives:
that you did not have a better sit down restaurant or tavern on site for the business you do it was surprising. We would have dined at your hotel had you offered that.

We had an amazing high floor room, very nice interior with a beautiful balcony with amazing views, the breakfast was very good, and the staff was very grea dog and nice. Overall great hotel

We loved the location of the property. The lobby was festive and the staff that worked the front store were amazing.
Negatives:
The bathroom wasn’t clean when we entered the room, there weren’t enough blankets on the beds and no extras were found in the closet for the pull out sofa bed. When I called for blankets for the sofa bed they brought us one and no pillow. The pillows we did have weren’t comfortable at all. They wouldn’t keep structure when you laid your head on them. If you brought your own pillow and maybe were persistent about more blankets it be great. In my opinion a hotel should be intentional about these comforts because that’s what we are paying for.
