Met expectations with most standard room features - coffee, big TV, safe, lights and USB outlets, and bath accessories. Staff was good, and accommodated special request for wi-fi upgrade without difficulty. Views from Skyline lounge were excellent.
Shallow bathtub, and overpriced & mediocre food and beverage services/quality in Skyline lounge.
The early check in.
The customer service.
The sky top bar!
No, it was great
Staff was great, location
Not enough towels, black hairs on shower walls, no extra blanket, exorbitant parking rates, Parking garage full, elevators not clearly marked for garage level, no free Wi-Fi in rooms, no bathroom exhaust fan, Parking rate not visible during booking.
The staff was very friendly, helpful and caring.
Parking cost, although being SF not sure there's much the hotel could've done.
The location was good. only a couple of blocks from the Bart station and MUNI. Could get anywhere in town.
The initial room was too small we had 3 people and reserved 2 double beds. Had to upgrade at the hotel.
Room was tiny, looks nothing like what is advertised. No parking available for their guest had to park at a garage and walk.horrible experience
Great location for my stay
Parking structure and cost was outrageous .as well as cost of food in the hotel.
The staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and looked modern and more up to date. Beds were comfortable. The view of the city on the roof top is awesome. Location, is on the edge of Union Square, which is home to shopping/restaurants/bars.
Location of the hotel was an issue. For someone who has not been to SF before, I would say Union Square is a great location. The Hilton is right at the edge of Union and 2 blocks from Tenderloin, which is SF largest drug exchange and homeless district.
Ending my stay.
This hotel was decrepit. It smelled bad. The hallways looked and smelled like out of a horror movie. The view was of a parking garage and nothing like the picture. The carpet was dirty. The toilet was dirty. Staff took forever, had to leave restaurant.
I liked the room and staff who were very helpful. Room was always cleaned and ready when we came back from our day. The location was close to all transportation.
The one resturante that was open Herb N something. The food was precooked and over priced for the amount you received. Also when ever you ordered coffee it wasn't very hot or they used cold milk. Thankfully there was a diner near by and Starbucks.
Room was spacious and clean.
Staff had a slight attitude, amenities (like gym) operated at strange hours that made them hard to use, few food options inside were overpriced even by hotel standards.
the sky bar was the only thing i liked as the vie was very nice. However they stopped serving food too early and the staff was very shorthanded and slow.
I did not like that on three sides of the hotel there were bums and homeless people all over the place. Our rental car had its windows smashed open in the broad daylight. oh and parking inside the hotel is 60 bucks a day...not cool.
The area was very scary homeless walking everywhere and pool was very dirty and hot tub had a line of dirt on the side it was horrible
The location was good. The house-keeping staff was friendly.
Overpriced! The services are not good for a 4 star hotel. The food at the lobby was overpiced. The complimnetary coffee in the room was horribe and tastelss. No comlimentary water. The printer was not working in the business center.
