The early check in.
The customer service.
The staff was very friendly, helpful and caring.
Parking cost, although being SF not sure there's much the hotel could've done.
The location was good. only a couple of blocks from the Bart station and MUNI. Could get anywhere in town.
The initial room was too small we had 3 people and reserved 2 double beds. Had to upgrade at the hotel.
Room was tiny, looks nothing like what is advertised. No parking available for their guest had to park at a garage and walk.horrible experience
Great location for my stay
Parking structure and cost was outrageous .as well as cost of food in the hotel.
The staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and looked modern and more up to date. Beds were comfortable. The view of the city on the roof top is awesome. Location, is on the edge of Union Square, which is home to shopping/restaurants/bars.
Location of the hotel was an issue. For someone who has not been to SF before, I would say Union Square is a great location. The Hilton is right at the edge of Union and 2 blocks from Tenderloin, which is SF largest drug exchange and homeless district.
Ending my stay.
This hotel was decrepit. It smelled bad. The hallways looked and smelled like out of a horror movie. The view was of a parking garage and nothing like the picture. The carpet was dirty. The toilet was dirty. Staff took forever, had to leave restaurant.
The bathroom wasnÂ't clean. And the air conditioning was mediocre. There wasnÂ't a fan in the bathroom which of course made the room muggy and hot.
Everything too expensive. You have to pay for everything separate. Parking lot, breakfast or any food. The area of the hotel is dangerous and dirty.
I liked the room and staff who were very helpful. Room was always cleaned and ready when we came back from our day. The location was close to all transportation.
The one resturante that was open Herb N something. The food was precooked and over priced for the amount you received. Also when ever you ordered coffee it wasn't very hot or they used cold milk. Thankfully there was a diner near by and Starbucks.
Staff were all very friendly. It was a nice room with nice views. The tv was big and nice definition.
They didnÂ't do daily room maintenance service. We were there for 5 days and they came once! Also when we called to ask for things it took forever. They offered to bring us a microwave n it took over an hour.
The area was very scary homeless walking everywhere and pool was very dirty and hot tub had a line of dirt on the side it was horrible
The location was good. The house-keeping staff was friendly.
Overpriced! The services are not good for a 4 star hotel. The food at the lobby was overpiced. The complimnetary coffee in the room was horribe and tastelss. No comlimentary water. The printer was not working in the business center.
Easy processing. Spacious room
Very dirty carpet and arm chair.
Walkable to shopping and restaurants and bars
