Positives:
Stayed with my family for three nights. The room was larger than I expected with lots of windows and a nice view. Beds were comfortable and there was a microwave, refrigerator with a small sink next to it that was helpful to have. Plenty of storage.
Negatives:
Staff was grumpy (with the exception of valet who were great). Felt ignored at check in and no one at the desk mentioned amenities, breakfast, or how to use the elevator. No help getting a cart for luggage either. The room was moldy and you could visibly see dust along corners and ceilings. Needs more maintenance. The television was hung crooked as well which was distracting. The breakfast room had a consistently sticky floor.

The staff were very friendly. Check-in and check-out were smooth. The location was great. The room was big and clean.
Negatives:
However, the fridge in the room was very noisy at night and there was a gap in the door, so the room was quite bright. This meant I couldn't sleep well. The breakfast was unhealthy, and I disliked the amount of plastic waste produced. There was no consideration for the environment. Next time, I would definitely look for a hotel that doesn't use plastic tableware.
