Positives: Central location. Comfy beds. Bit less modern vs expected. Complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning. Kettle, mini fridge in the room. Tote bag with wine, water & snacks at check in. Luggage storage post check out.

Negatives: Checked out over 2 weeks ago and still waiting for my deposit back (got it in a matter of minutes in other cases)… Noise - you can hear the floor above you & the aircon. My room had no view - just looked at some sort of quadrangle.

Positives: Very convenient travel location. Near Powell St BART station with quick transit to SFO. Very fresh and tidy room, with modern amenities. Received a nice gift on arrival which was appreciated.
