Beautiful property, wonderful city views from rooms (we were on 15th floor), breakfast was excellent!
Negatives:
The location was a little less than desirable but not dangerous, but the rooms and service are worth it! Very close to the shopping district. Local transport (bus/subway) on the same block or very close.

Had a great experience when we arrived. But for some reason, booking.com mixed up my middle name and made it my first name which made it hard to find my reservation initially. Luckily the front desk was amazing and knew that it was switched and found it.
We were also asked if we wanted champagne, which was a great touch. We had a light snack in the dining room although I forgot to use my credit, everyone enjoyed the appetizers and drinks.
The room was comfortable and pretty spacious for SF. I would have liked a regular fridge to store water and drinks instead of the minibar fridge; we didn't really use it.
It's a really cool area with lots of restaurants and bars around. All within walking distance of our hotel and lots of entertainment as well. I would definitely book again with the service we experienced. Everyone was wonderful to us and that made our experience more enjoyable.
