Room has a broken window has 250 security deposits u will get it back in 30 days I will never coming back in this hotel it was a nightmare…

The location was fine and the room was clean and the staff friendly.

The wifi was very spotty and it took forever to get hot water the first night. The second two nights the water never got above luke warm. Most likely this is due to a shared water heater and my room in relation to where the water heater is located.

The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to all types of transit and even walking distance to many of San Francisco’s highlights. There were also lots of good restaurants in the area .

This is definitely an older building and although clean, there was no blow dryer in the bathroom and the windows were drafty and rattled in the wind.
