Ground floor level needs a fence around it. Very noisy in the ally way and not very nice looking out to a wall and sometimes people.

The location is good if you’re a tourist.

The A/C was awkwardly placed right next to the bed, with the heat you would sophocate and with the cool air you would freeze. I can’t believe they wanted to charge us $20 per night for a mi I bar in the room. The parking was expensive so we parked across the street in Beach St which was half the price.
