Positives: Location was great. Clean. Very efficient. Never waited for an elevator. Can go straight from room to garage to get to car. Very clean. Posh. Staff is great.

Positives: The location is good. The rooms are very spacious with big, comfortable beds. The hotel is generally well equipped with free coffee in the mornings, coffee and tea facilities available on request. The lounge/games area is good, but gets crowded, and the pool is nice to have but is lukewarm at best. Free bike rental is useful, but could be for a bit longer than 4 hours.

Negatives: The main issue is noise from surroundings. I had to ask to change rooms first because of a lot of noise from street outside window, then the new room faced an industrial building which also had very loud ventilation. Rooms really need better sound insulating windows. The large security deposit (~$100 a night) they take from your card is annoying. Staff are mostly young and seem overwhelmed, but are friendly.
