The staffs friendlyness

The room size was way too small for four people. The bathroom size was ridiculous no room to put personal items like toiletries hair dryer etc. The towels were very rough.
The bed sizes were decent and clean. I founf the beds to be a good mox of soft and firm. No microwave in the room the mini fridge was great.
The location is not great but there is a parking spot right next to the hotel which is very convenient.
The breakfast was good and the severs were friendly.

We liked Jaspers restaurant in the hotel for breakfast and lunch. The hotel was in a convenient spot to uber to Oracle Park and Pier 39. It had an old historic feel to it in the lobby. Staff was friendly and helpful for an early check in
