Positives:
The room had a good vibe but that was about it.
Negatives:
The location was terrible but they can’t help that, booking.com is lying when it says it has private parking on property which it doesn’t I had to park my car in a public parking area which was over priced for the quality of parking which my rental got scratches on. The staff were terrible and couldn’t help because it was booked in a third party even knowing booking.com has false advertisement which I am not happy about.

Super friendly, super cute rooms. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The staff really did go above and beyond.
Negatives:
The mattresses were a little hard for my preference, and there was a lot of noise outside, but that can’t be helped.

Positives:
Outside of booking.com reviews there are very mixed reviews about the hotel which concerned me. I have to say from someone who has stayed in many hotels those concerns were unfounded. The hotel is clean, rooms are well decorated and beds are comfortable. The bathroom while on the small side is completely fine and more than adequate. I'd seen some pictures of how small it was but it's a typical size for San Francisco.
Negatives:
Nothing really, the reception desk would be the only thing I'd suggest as an improvement as it's the first place visitors go and could do with a refurb,
