Great location.
Negatives:
The hotel is good stock but it is currently not operated well. The staff is not helpful. There is no kettle in the room. Our room was facing a wall. The restaurant is mediocre compared to all the great food around it. The AC control display is so bright, it illuminates the whole room at night. No soap?! No parking discount or other parking arrangement except the shady place next door.

Totally recommend for a SFO...
Positives:
Good staff, pretty good location. Rooms are small but quite comfortable.
Negatives:
We had a city view room, which was a bit more expensive, but as a result we got very dirty windows that we didn't even want to look through. In addition, there was a smell of something old in the room, the furniture was relatively new, but the smell remained as if the furniture was very old, and it made the air heavy. It was also surprising that there was no breakfast.

Had some minor inconvinients with their internal processes: one related to breakfast (I paid for it but when I checked in they told me I didn't have it included) the other related to invoice (the booking page says to request it to them I messaged them asking it they told me to request it once I'm there, I did that, they told me when I check out, I requested at checkout they told me they'd send it via email, didn't get it, had to ask for it again, and they said since I payed upfront I should use the booking receipt)
