Positives: Location was awesome. Did not eat breakfast at hotel. Used discount at neighboring facility which was great

Negatives: For 3 of us we felt pretty cramped in the room. Bathroom was seriously small. However we find this typical for SF. Guess we paid more for location than for a comfy room.

Positives: Great location for BART & muni. Really friendly staff and reception, who was kind enough to let us check in early instead of just dropping our bags because I filled in the pre-check-in form. Beautiful room decor and I like that the window can be cracked open for fresh air.

Negatives: Nothing! I noticed that some people had trouble using the toaster in the morning for breakfast, so maybe a useful little handout or visual sign for the buttons might be helpful, esp for non english speakers
