Positives: Facilities in Hotel was amazing. Great room, very good location (there were homeless people around but that is all of san francisco now), hotel safety, and definitely the aroma and scent when you enter the hotel, just amazing.

Negatives: Being charged an extra $39.90. Ridiculous! When I queried this I was informed it was for Wifi and tea and coffee. That is a lot of Wifi & tea & coffee for 3 people over 1 night. Why are these costs not built into the quoted price, not lurking in the Small print. It was a nice hotel , great staff and a perfect location. However, we had stayed 1 night in another hotel in the same area 2 weeks prior and our bill was $200 cheaper. Thanks Hotel Zelos, I wont be back. Felt a bit ripped off!
