We were charged an extra $150 upon check-in.
We thought they'd refund our deposit. But a month has passed, and we've sent five requests to no avail. The hotel staff simply refuses to respond to emails asking for an invoice and an explanation for the charges. So far, we haven't received any money or responded to our inquiries. Be careful—the management isn't handling financial matters properly!

Little things are starting to show wear and tear; with all that is going on at the wharf, I’m sure it’s difficult to attend to Maintenance of small things. I didn’t want the parking situation; it is now self Park, but it costs more and without a valet. And it was not clear when I pulled up that I was to park somewhere else to get my hotel room key before entry the self Park garage.
Yeah, I am sure that tourism is down and therefore the hotel suffers a result
