Positives: The staff was really great. One staff member in particular who I have to mention, was just amazing. Unfortunately, I do not remember her name but she has black hair up in a bun and she worked on Saturday afternoon during check-in. Check-In was really hectic And not once did she get frustrated or panicked or anything. She completely kept her cool while a very long line of people waited to check in. I also had a couple issues with checking in and I actually was quite panicked about it. She was kind, patient and reassuring And everything wound up being fine.. She is a keeper and I was so impressed and so grateful for her that day. Thank you thank you thank you

Positives: Comfortable, quiet, well-appointed room. No noise from traffic, even though located in the heart of downtown S/F, just a couple of minutes' walk from Union Square. Plethora of places to eat and drink in the vicinity. About ten minutes from Powell Street BART station and streetcar. I stayed here six years ago and knew that it was a nice place to stay.
