Spacious showers and huge game room equals ultimate hotel night. Staff was amazing and room was perfect. Very private and perfectly dark. Lobby is decorated completely for the season. Will definitely return.

Some of the staff displayed rudeness during our stay. Additionally, there were issues with our room being prematurely checked out, which the front desk employee initially questioned. Moreover, our card keys malfunctioned on three separate occasions. The staff member on duty at the time insisted it was our fault, despite the keys allowing us access to the elevator, clearly indicating an issue on their end. This experience has left me with no intention of returning, and I cannot recommend this place to others.

Positives:
During the day, this location is central to some great shopping. Their game room was delightful and included a pool table, giant connect four, shuffleboard, and pinball machines, and the guest room was trendy.
Negatives:
At night the area felt a bit uncomfortable especially as there is no on-site parking available. Our room had a bit of a smell.
Positives:
Nothing, we left.
Negatives:
The very loud air conditioning that pumps out hot air, the hot rooms, the view out the window directly into another guests window, the unhelpful reception person and dreadful check in experience, the entrance area is a mess with cardboard boxes strewn around. The entrance door is locked on arrival and with no one on reception we had to wait a while before someone appeared to let us in.
