Positives:
Everyone was extremely friendly, the hotel was clean, and it was a short walk to Pier 39. They had a patio of fire pits and offered blankets and s'mores kits for free in the evenings. The hotel is attached to a nice Italian restaurant. We got a Margherita pizza to bring to our room and it was delicious. It was an $11 Uber ride from Zoe to the Davies theater downtown. It was perfect for our mini weekend getaway.
Negatives:
The room was on the small side but we were out and about most days so it was more than adequate for us.

Our room was a bit small. There wasn’t much drawer space, and the bedside tables didn’t have any shelves.

It was a delightful place...
Positives:
The location was phenomenal and very convenient for Fisherman's Wharf.
Negatives:
Parking, stated at $65/night, was somehow $--- with taxes and fees for two nights. Saw a much better deal online for 30% off and free parking after I booked.
Positives:
Very close to the Wharf and Big Bus starting point. Within walking distance to the Piers.

We found everything enjoyable.

Positives:
Large room, nice bed, quiet, good location. Excellent restaurant on site, nice breakfast and evening meals.
Negatives:
The hotel's own website says "2-hour bike rentals are available for all guests" but this is no longer true. They only offer 1 hour bike rental from a local bike company. Or 1 hour electric bike hire from the hotel itself. The hotel staff know about this, but have struggled to get their website changed, it still shows 2 hour bike hire now. They did make up for this by offering breakfast.
