Positives: Great location for everything we wanted to do. Helpful staff.
Negatives: The parking is a bit expensive and self parking is 2 blocks away. Like all of San Feancisco, so this wasn't a major issue.

Negatives: There are no signs to indicate where to park to checkin. Once you pull in, behind a parked car, nobody assists you with where to go. Then the parking was full so we were still charged $44 to park two blocks away in a dark dirty lot - awful experience

Negatives: We picked this hotel because it is one of the few that advertised a pool. But when we got there the pool was closed. This room slept 4, however there were only 2 coffee cups and no water glasses. They had charging ports, but the same 2 cars used them.

Negatives: Yes the 1st guy who help me..he wants me to go on another parking lot cause he said their parking lot is full!Its a lie!!!! Cause the other guy help me i didnt even asked, he told me why park on the other parking lot its only dollar Difference Stay here.
