The location was great and easy to get to. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was great, especially the vale attendants they went above and beyond.
Negatives:
The only downside to this hotel is there was no microwave in the room. (only an issue because we had a newborn and nowhere to warm water.) Also when you enter the hotel lobby you are hit with an extremely strong unpleasant smell of air freshener. (strongly recommend they change the scent and not use so much)

The property was nice - but the staff were pushing us to have our car parked in the hotel premises - they were scaring us about the break ins and when we asked them the parking timings and when the parking meter starts they acted clueless. One said this is not a safe area - it’s very unfortunate, I wanted to say that if it isn’t safe why don’t you install cameras and why don’t you get some sort of security for your customers. It’s very sad. They were charging USD 75 ++ for the parking while we decided not to listen to them. We went to the website https://m2.paybyphone.com/parking/start/location and woke up at 8:30 am and from hotel room paid the parking meter. We found out that the parking meter in that area start operating from 9 am and if u pay at 8 for 4 hours your car can stay at the parking spot till 1 pm. Also just make sure that the next day shouldn’t be street cleaning day on the side of the road that you have parked. We parked on the side which said Monday and Wednesday is the street cleaning day and it was going to be Tuesday the next morning so we were fine but the other side of the same street had a sign saying street cleaning on Tuesday and Thursday and that’s why no car was parked there overnight. So as long as you have no valuables in the car and it is in a well lit street - it should be ok. We paid hardly 5 dollars while the hotel staff were charging us 75 dollars - sad!
