First time in America from...

The beds were amazing. The location was perfect. Its hard to find a hotel with a pool and jacuzzi in the heart of SF but this hotel had both. Just what we needed after a long day of travel.

The hotel itself was very nice, clean, centrally located. It is very large and a bit difficult to navigate, especially as a disabled person. The on-site parking is expensive (didn’t see that in the booking details) and it is hard if you forget something in the car, as we did.
Negatives:
Again the parking was costly, inconvenient to access if need be. Large hotel difficult to navigate as a disabled person, the shower had a little mold growth in/on the stall.
