Positives: Great location for participating in the Pride Parade with Dignity Health. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I slept very well! Staff from check in to check out were all delightful! We especially enjoyed visiting with the lobby bartender.

Negatives: The only downside was that all except for two elevators were functioning. This made for long lines to wait in order to get to and from our room. The Market was a nice option for coffee and snacks. It will be nice when the restaurant is up and running as an option for meals.

Positives: Pleasant stay, spacious room, bed was very very comfortable. You can adjust temperature in your room which is great. Trains are close by, you can pretty much reach the entire bay area with the help of the trains. Ferry Building is a 15 minute walk, blue bottle around the corner, lots of awesome bars a few steps away.

Negatives: The noise at 6am (think it was garbage collection)
