Positives: The hotel is newer, clean, and centrally located.
Negatives: There was gap between the door adjoining my room to another room and the floor. Because this part of the room wasn't carpeted, none of the noise from my neighbors' room was muffled. I could hear everything, including word for word talking at 6:30 am.

Positives: Large room, location.
Negatives: We rented suite, with a view of city. All our view was of rooftop and side of building. With very few people there you think we could have had a better floor/view. Michelin star restaurant closed down also.

Positives: The HotelÂ's Staff is rude and not helpful when it came to accommodating my requests, it seems as if they did not care about my wishes and just wanted to tell me it wasnÂ't possible to switch to another room which I had requested a city view & didnÂ
Negatives: The hidden parking fee of $62.00 +TAX makes its $70 a night and we checked in around 11:30 and we still got charged for that night. We also asked for late check out since and got rudely told Â'NO, CHECK OUT IS AT 12Â'. Understaffed as well.

Negatives: The restaurant was just ok. Not a lot of options, they offered bread pudding as their only dessert. And it closed early.

Negatives: THE VALET PARKING FEE $70 a night ridiculous and staying there 3 nights. Probably wonÂ't stay at this hotel again! For that reason.

Positives: The staff was great and always had a smile on their face. Super knowledgeable when it came to questions about the city and where to find unconventional things.
Negatives: I would of preferred they know who they are placing next to each other. We were with our family on the 29th floor but our neighbors across the hall seemed to be a bunch of drunk adults who were arguing at 2am and disturbed our sleep.

Positives: Having never stayed in a high rise, it was neat to have a city view.
Negatives: Pool was closed. No restaurant,only a bar with overpriced food. Room mini bar was completely empty. massive line for juice, water or breakfast items. Nothing was given for free (water, coffee, etc) despite paying "resort fee". Mold in shower.
