Positives: First off, the view was amazing! On top of that, the hotel itself had such a nice, modern look. The valet service was great too — they took care of all our stuff and had it brought straight to our room with no issues at all.
Negatives: I didn’t have a single complaint — this place was amazing! They even let us check in extra early, which made the experience even better. Parking is worth it!!

I have decided that this will be my preferred accommodation for future visits to San Francisco. I believe no other options compare, according to both my daughter and me.
Negatives: The only issue encountered was with the radio station on the television. The radio was a minor concern, and I wished I could have extended my stay. The location was convenient for accessing the trolley, bus, or train. I spent a significant amount of time sharing with my daughter the places where I grew up. We spent very little time at the hotel.
