First off, the view was amazing! On top of that, the hotel itself had such a nice, modern look. The valet service was great too — they took care of all our stuff and had it brought straight to our room with no issues at all.
Negatives:
I didn’t have a single complaint — this place was amazing! They even let us check in extra early, which made the experience even better. Parking is worth it!!

The hospitality at this hotel is exceptional, contributing significantly to a wonderful experience during my 60th birthday celebration. I have decided that this will be my preferred accommodation for future visits to San Francisco. I believe no other options compare, according to both my daughter and me.
Negatives:
The only issue encountered was with the radio station on the television. The radio was a minor concern, and I wished I could have extended my stay. The location was convenient for accessing the trolley, bus, or train. I spent a significant amount of time sharing with my daughter the places where I grew up. We spent very little time at the hotel.
