Positives: It was very close to union squire and a variety of restaurants on walking distance.
Negatives: The charged us $25 per room per day and asked us to use it in hotel restaurant. this charge was not mentioned clearly at the time of booking through booking.com. The system kept charging my credit card nearly on a daily basis for small amounts and when I checked with them they said this is an automated charge by our system to maintain deposit!! They charged me daily for the mini bar which I didn't use. I had to check with the front desk every two days to remove the extra charges on my credit card. I had to extend my stay so I did a new reservation. They charged me for the checkout and check-in date twice. When I checked the bill and asked them they gave me the same answer that these are automated transactions by the system!! So if you do not check your bill they will wipe your credit card. They almost used my whole credit card limit for their transactions. They charge us too much money with no service at all. WIFI was not free so we called the front desk and said it is free click on the $14.95 daily. then we discovered they charged us $14.95 daily for each room for the WIFI. House keeping are very slow an cleaning is not efficient. They don't have clean my room tag to hang on the door to request room cleaning. We go out early in the morning and we come back around 1:00 pm and the rooms are not clean, we called them and the answer was that the hotel is fully booked!! another day they answered that there is many checkouts and they are a priority!! What kind of a hotel doesn't know how to manage the hotel capacity. we had to call them everyday to request housekeeping. The first night the AC/ heater was not working in one of the rooms, it was very cold we couldn't sleep we had to ask for extra blanket. The blankets they use are very light they don't make you feel warm, I had to wear socks. I had to call them the next day to send maintenance. I spent half of my stay calling them and checking my bill with the reception.

Positives: The Location as well as room size were good.
Negatives: Although I had booked for 2 Adults and 2 kids inclusive of breakfast, I was informed at the reception that the breakfast applies to 2 guests only and each guest is entitled to a breakfast allowance of US$ 25 each only. Anything consumed beyond that shall be charged. This was never mentioned in our booking. Although the rooms were probably renovated but the headboard for beds is a big mirror which has not been changed and looks rusted and very old.

Positives: Location and it being a JW marriott hotel
Negatives: The assumption of it being a Jw marriott, service would be excellent but i was wrong. Staff were not friendly at all!!!! Compared to the marriott union square and both being a marriott property, this JW staff were very obnoxious, unfriendly and not welcoming. The marriott union square staff are far more friendly, more accommodating and more approachable! We stayed at the studio suite and the air condition unit was hitting us straight at our faces!!!
