I stayed 1 night. Location is great, but finding the entrance was difficult and there is no parking, so valet parking required at about $80 a 24 hour period. Room was great.

Positives:
This hotel was devine. Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, great location, great sound proofing. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Such a nice touch having complimentary drinks for an
hour each night. Great atmosphere. Also we loved the record player and record selection in the room.
Negatives:
Toilet paper and tissue quality is my only gripe. Also there was free bike use mentioned in the booking app but no free bikes were available.

The staff were welcoming on our arrival. Very helpful with information. We asked for a quiet room which we got. With a lovely view of the garden. Comfortable beds. Stylish hotel. Oh and complementary happy hour drinks.

Positives:
The location is excellent. Walk to Fisherman’s Wharf in one block. The hotel is bright, modern and very comfortable. The room was large, the bed amazing and the shower was also. They have a drinks hour between 5 and 6 pm. Good wines, beers, rum and warm apple cider. All served in glasses and no restrictions on how much. Plenty of seating in the lobby. We picked up some cheese and crackers in Walgreens, one block away and had a very lovely hour until dinner. The staff are old school polite. Great service. One night, we took our drinks in to dinner at Abaca and no one minded. Though pricey, the food was unique and tasty.
They do hold a large deposit on a card when you check in but, it was returned immediately at check out.

Positives:
1. Walking distance from Fisherman’s wharf, pier 35 and cable cars starting point.
2. Decent sized rooms to accommodate a family of 4
3. Old world record player in the room was a nice touch.
Negatives:
1. Although our booking said bfast included, what the hotel does is gives you $50 credit per day. Which for us wasn’t enough. I thought this was misleading advertising. You also can’t combine the credits of 2 different days into 1 so that you can have the bfast at another place one of the days.
2. No coffee maker and kettle in the room (although we did get one after asking for it).
3. No shower caps either (we did get one after asking for it)
4. Our window faced the dustbins and other rooms so we couldn’t keep the window open
