My wife and ji stayed at this hotel for 3 nights from September 1 to 04. Coming from the W hotel on 3rd street I found this facility too basic. You practically had to ask for everything you need . The staff weren’t rude but were not friendly or welcoming either. However the lady on the reception desk with the Muslim Hijab, (Eva I think was the name ), was exceptional . She was very helpful and nice .
I had breakfast once at the onsite restaurant Filipino restaurant Abaca. Let me just say there are better options in the neighborhood. I had to return to remaining breakfast vouchers given to me at reception. I expect the hotel to refund the advance payment I had made for breakfast for the 2 remaining days

It was very convenient and close to many sightseeing destinations, and an excellent establishment.

There was not enough assistance when arriving, and only one or two staff members were at the front desk. At times, with a busy line, the majority of the time, I needed or had a question.

Great location if you want to be near Fisherman's wharf. Stylish and clean, staff exceptional.

We had an amazing stay and the best part was the people who work at Kimpton from the front desk to the valet, all amazing people with a great attitude and excellent customer service. i loved the ahppy hour and they have drinks for the kids too. we lvoed ours tay and will be back!
