Incompetent and rude staff. Holds (more than one) were put on my checking account and all my funds were frozen. I didn't know the hotel put holds on my funds until I went to use them. No disclosures were given. My entire trip was prepaid and the funds they froze were for activities and food and misc. for my young granddaughters and myself.
This trip was mostly wasted time and a disappointment for my granddaughters. We were not able to do a lot of things because of the issues with the hotel.
The location was great. The bed linens were worn and had small tears in them and towels were frayed. The rooms were clean.
They are still holding some of my money and not one person can tell me why or will release the funds.

I didn't like the 375 dollar security deposit, that wasn't mentioned until I got there. That's a big hit to a vacation budget. I just hope to get it back in a timely manner.

Quick walk to Fisherman’s Wharf. We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast in hotel restaurant. Also walk to Walgreens and Enterprise car rentals Excellent staff! Quiet rooms.

The bed was very comfortable and the linens were soft. Excellent location as we were only a couple of blocks away from Fisherman’s Wharf and Ghirardelli Square.

The inclusive breakfast offer is not worth at all.They give you a $50 coupon/ room and the restaurent has a menu priced so only two people can use it and portions are not great either.Just get the rooms without breakfast.

Perfect location, beautiful property and comfortable rooms. The amenities were fantastic, enjoyed the water and coffee service everyday as well as rented the bikes to explore for a day. All of the staff we encountered were so welcoming and helpful!
