Positives:
The location of the property was excellent it was in Fisherman’s Wharf and next to Pier 39. The area was fantastic buzzing with tourist and you could easily walk about at night and enjoy the life at the water front. The hotel staff were polite and breakfast was quite good.
Negatives:
Only thing I didn’t like about this hotel was that they did not provide complementary water bottles to guests which was what I expected from an IHG hotel.

Amazing style to the hotel. Felt small and boutique even though it was a midsized hotel. Restaurant was great.

The only thing that let this down was the lack of a bar area. Although there was the daily happy hour.
