Positives: The location is perfect. Easy one block walk to the waterfront. Numerous places to eat and drink right out the door. No need for car which is good, parking is extremely expensive in this area. The entire hotel staff are friendly and helpful.
Negatives: Can not think of a single thing. If you like coffee in your room just request a Nespresso, otherwise you must go to lobby for that first cup.

Positives: Easy walk to all the Piers was nice. Front desk people were nice and the social hour with beer and wine is nice, we chatted with several people which was fun.
Negatives: An in room coffee maker would be nice, we did request one from the front desk to be sent to the room which is a service. Flavored creamers would ne nice too.

Negatives: We did not enjoy the fact that toilet would not flush. Would have preferred a one or 2 cocktails versus wine/beer during happy hour. Unfortunately, RIU has better amenities. Sorry

Positives: Good vibe, hip and relaxed yet professional. Happy hour. Helpful staff.
Negatives: Not much wrong at all. Turntable in room nice touch but ours didnt work. Wish Id found yoga mat sooner as would have used. No kettle in room but one supplied on request
