Positives: Fantastic location, close to Union Square. Easy access to public transport. Chinatown and other places 25-30mibs walk if you like that. CVS close by for drinks, snacks and pharmacy needs. Nice interiors. Has desk you can use your laptop on. Felt safe

Negatives: Often no hot water. Very tight space. Especially bathroom. Noisey from aircon on next building and radiator in bath room. Single lift, can take time to go up and down. Room was a bit dark, some decent natural light or very dark ambient light at night
