Positives:
The staff was outstanding! The hotel is very nice, and the lobby is very festive. We loved the Hot Chocolate, which was free in the lobby on Friday afternoon.
Negatives:
The temperature was very cold in San Francisco, and sadly, the windows in our room let that very cold air into the room, even with the drapes pulled close, making the experience very uncomfortable. We tried to sit in the foyer of the hotel, but with people coming and going, it too was very cold. We couldn't wait to get out of there.
